The Learning Institute is an independent online tutoring service providing personalised tuition for KS2, KS3 and GCSE students. It was founded on a simple belief: students make the strongest progress when they genuinely understand what they are learning.
Tuition provides a calm and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, working through difficult topics and building confidence in their abilities.
Rather than relying on memorisation alone, lessons focus on clear explanations, targeted practice and understanding the reasoning behind what is being learned. The aim is to help students make academic progress while becoming more confident and independent learners.
Meet Fatima
Founder and tutor
Hi, I’m Fatima, the founder and tutor behind The Learning Institute.
Having achieved AAA in Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics at A-level, I understand first-hand the demands students face throughout school and during important exam years. Being relatively recent to the UK education system also allows me to relate closely to the challenges students experience.
Through teaching hundreds of online lessons, I’ve worked with students across different ages, abilities and confidence levels. I’ve found that students often make the strongest progress when they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and taking the time to understand something properly.
That’s the environment I aim to create in every lesson. I adapt my explanations and lesson structure to each student, helping them develop both their understanding and confidence rather than expecting everyone to learn in the same way.
Ultimately, I want students to leave tuition feeling more capable, more independent and more confident in their ability to learn.
